Devon is co-founder of Berners Bowie Lee. She is an award-winning creative director who has worked at agencies across Canada and the US. As Cannes See It Be It alumna, she continues to mentor up-and-coming female creative directors around the world. She has won every major international advertising award and was ranked best art director in Canada in 2019.
