Since 2008, Ádám Vaszary has been actively involved in the practical implementation of marketing communication. After spending his early years in the advertising industry, he gradually shifted his focus towards storytelling, which led him to explore roles beyond ownership and creative leadership, including film production and strategic planning. His work, recognized with numerous industry awards, earned him a place on Forbes' prestigious 30 Under 30 list and in 2024, he was awarded the Agency People of the Year title in the COO category. Today, as the Chief Operating Officer and owner of Positive Adamsky—one of Hungary's largest independent agency groups—he is dedicated to advancing the role of marketing communication in Employer Branding and Patient Experience design in the healthcare sector.
